CMA Marfan Diagnosis Survey

The Canadian Marfan Association (CMA) is conducting a short survey to help us understand the needs of Canadians diagnosed with Marfan syndrome and to help us in our medical education and awareness efforts.

This survey was made available to the CMA courtesy of the National Marfan Foundation (NMF) and is presented here in a slightly modified version to suit the Canadian landscape. The NMF developed this survey in February with the results to be used for medical and awareness efforts. The CMA, in partnership with the NMF will compare results in our individual and collaborative efforts.

Your survey results will remain anonymous unless you chose to share your information with us. We thank you for your support!

This survey will run from Monday, April 16 to Friday, April 28 at midnight.

We will be conducting a series of surveys on related connective tissue disorders and CMA programs over the next several months and encourage our Canadian friends, members, and supporters to participate in order to improve our programs and education initiatives.

Please help us share this important message with your friends and family that have been diagnosed with Marfan syndrome and help us make a difference. The CMA extends its heartfelt thanks to the NMF for sharing the survey and for their continued support.
